The Directors Meeting.
Had a Board meeting last night.
It went well everyone stayed focused on the agenda and all left the meeting with things to do! The PEN project was discussed quite a bit, the question was asked what benefit did NEW Bayanihan recieve for helping out.

- First we did God's will
- Our mailing list expanded nearly 50%
- About NEW Bayanihan was a significant part of the program and recieved good visibility by people who have not been a part of NEW Bayanihan in the past.
- There were press notices of the event which mention NEW Bayanihan. For example see this notice in the Post Crescent.

The Blogout.
Wow,
long time no post. However I just wanted to note NEW Bayanihan was part of a fundraising event that went real well. We managed to raise around $6,000 for a cancer victim. The CA is in remission and the woman in question has insurance but there are still many expenses that insurance does not cover and long term disability is unable to fund.
We have identified some more people who are excited about NEW Bayanihan its purpose and I am hoping we can get them on board to sign on the line and become part of the board of directors.
